To meet the opportunity demand of the return of the internationally famous Austin brand, we have created a business plan that has seen the launch of the Austin Arrow as the first of several models that we intend to introduce in the near future.

The Austin Motor Company is currently raising funds to support its development and production plans. It has previously secured £0.6 million (US$0.81m) and is now seeking additional equity investment as well as debt in this funding round. The current round is focused on business plan execution, allowing us to introduce new Austin models and engage in R&D, marketing, promotion and the establishment of our international dealer network to achieve our sales targets.

Austin has applied for Advanced Assurance for the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) from HMRC in the UK and believes it will qualify. Investment from outside the UK is also welcomed.

Austin Motor Company Limited has an outstanding management team that is a key asset in its journey to commercialise its exciting and innovative brand renaissance. The leadership, led by Chairman and CEO Nigel Gordon-Stewart, is poised to recruit top experienced professionals with extensive backgrounds in electric vehicle development, engineering and commercialisation.
